REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR UNAIR'S UNDERGRADUATE DOUBLE DEGREE PROGRAM FOR PSYCHOLOGY & QUT FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2019/2020

For Indonesian Citizens (WNI)

Applicants graduating from High School/MK/SMK in 2017 and 2018 must provide a Diploma of Graduation.
Applicants graduating from High School/MK/SMK in 2019 must provide either a National Examination (UNAS) Card/Letter Stating the completion of National Exam (SKHUN)/Proof of Graduation (SKL), which elaborates on personal details, a recent photo and official seal from a recognized institution.
Applicants must be of sound health and mind, able to undergo the program in its entirety.

For Indonesian Applicants (WNI) Graduating from Foreign Academic Institutions

Have graduated from an institution equivalent to an Indonesian High School/MA/SMK (According to Regulations issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Education) by 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Applicants graduating in 2018 must hold a Diploma/Certificate of Graduation from the Principal/Head of the Academic Institution, alongside a recent photo and an official Seal from the institution.
Applicants must be of sound health and mind, able to undergo the program in its entirety.

For Foreign Applicants/International Students (WNA)

Have graduated from an institution equivalent to an Indonesian High School/MA/SMK (According to Regulations issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Education) by 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Applicants graduating in 2019 must hold a Diploma/Certificate of Graduation from the Principal/Head of the Academic Institution, alongside a recent photo and an official Seal from the institution.
Applicants must be of sound health and mind, able to undergo the program in its entirety.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

G E N E R A L :

If Admitted to Universitas Airlangga, Foreign Applicants/International Students must obtain a permission letter from the Government of Indonesia.
Foreign Applicants/International Students must provide a letter of recommendation from the Embassy of their own country, for their chosen program.
All applicants must be of sound mental and physical health, determined by a test from the Health Evaluation Team of Airlangga University.
Foreign Applicants must provide a certificate proving their proficiency in the Indonesia Language, also known as sertifikat Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) from Universitas Airlangga's Language Center (Pusat Bahasa Universitas Airlangga)
All Applicants must not be using/distributing drugs
