AFFIRMATIVE REQUIREMENTS

ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024

Criteria of the Dental Specialist Affirmative Program (Choose One)

No.	Description
1.	Dentist who have served in the 3T area for more than 3 (three) years (according to UU Number 20 of 2013 concerning in Medical Education Pasal 27 ayat 3, 4, 5) as evidenced by supporting documents in the form of an assignment letter from the authorized agency, or
2.	TNI/POLRI Member Dentist who was assigned a Study task by the TNI/POLRI Commander, or
3.	Employees of the State Dentist who have received a Study Task from the (Ministry of Health and/or Ministry of Research and Technology-Dikti) or from the Mayor/Regent/Governor by submitting a Statement Letter from the person concerned stating that he or she is willing to return to the area of origin or be placed in an area where there is a currently no specialist doctor from the PPDGS Study Program, as evidenced by a notarial deed, or
4.	Dentist who graduated from the Academic Education Program – Bachelor of Dental Medicine and the Professional Education Program of the Dental Faculty from Universitas Airlangga.

Affirmations are only required for the following conditions: (1) Age, (2) GPA (3) ELPT/TOEFL scores, while others must follow the existing requirements (both general and specific for each study program).

1.	According to the requirements of the desired PPDGS Study Program, the maximum age limit is not more than 3 years
2.	GPA for Academic Education Program – Bachelor of Dental Medicine ≥ 2,00.
3.	GPA for Professional Education Program – Dentist ≥ 2,50
4.	Have an ELPT certificate with the score ≥400 from the Language Center of Universitas Airlangga or a TOEFL certificate with the score ≥400 from the recognized institution.
