AFFIRMATIVE REQUIREMENTS

ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025

Criteria of the Medical Specialist Affirmative Program (Choose One)

No.	Description
1.	Doctors who have served in the 3T area for more than 3 (three) years (according to UU Number 20 of 2013 concerning in Medical Education Pasal 27 ayat 3, 4, 5) as evidenced by supporting documents in the form of an assignment letter from the authorized agency, or
2.	TNI/POLRI Member Doctor who was assigned a Study task by the TNI/POLRI Commander, or
3.	Employees of the State Doctors who have received a Study Task from the (Ministry of Health and/or Ministry of Research and Technology-Dikti) or from the Mayor/Regent/Governor by submitting a Statement Letter from the person concerned stating that he or she is willing to return to the area of origin or be placed in an area where there is a currently no specialist doctor from the PPDS Study Program, as evidenced by a notarial deed, or
4.	Doctor who graduated from the Academic Education Program – Bachelor of Medicine and the Professional Education Program of the medicine faculty from Universitas Airlangga.

Affirmations are only required for the following conditions: (1) Age, (2) GPA (3) ELPT/TOEFL scores, while others must follow the existing requirements (both general and specific for each study program).

No.	Description
1.	The maximum age limit for the desired PPDS Study Program is 3 years, with the exception of Pediatrics Specialist Program, Ophthalmology , Psychiatry, Radiology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation which have a tolerance of 2 years.
2.	Except for Child Health Sciences, Academic Education Program - Bachelor of Medicine > 2.25 total grade point average Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) > 2.50 in Academic Education Program - Bachelor of Medicine
3.	The cumulative GPA for Professional Education Programs - Doctors is greater than 2.50.
4.	Except for Pediatrics, you must have an ELPT certificate from Airlangga University's Language Center with a score of 400 or a TOEFL certificate with a score of 400 from a recognized institution.
