The Applicant must not be over 35 years old at the beginning of his/her specialist medical program (PPDS) or be over 42 years old for a general surgeon (1 January for intake period of even semesters and 1 July for intake period of odd semester). |

A normal mental state, provided by the results of a mental evaluation (Psychological evaluation, MMPI and interview) conducted by the Psychiatric Department of RSUD Dr. Soetomo in the last 6 months. The cost of this exam is under the responsibility of the Applicant. |

Applicants are given a maximum of two tries to apply for this program. |
